2. Description of Service
Steppa is a fitness tracking application that helps users track their daily steps, distance walked, calories burned, and explore areas on a map. The App uses your device's built-in sensors to track physical activity.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
- Use the App to track or monitor others without their consent
4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The App is provided for informational purposes only. The step counts, distance calculations, and calorie estimates are approximations and should not be used as the sole basis for medical or health-related decisions. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program or making significant changes to your activity level.
5. Location Services
The App may request access to your device's location services to provide map features and track explored areas. Location data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Steppa and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steppa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
